BABIES SOMETIMES HAVE THEIR INTESTINES BULGING OUT THROUGH NAVAL IS CALLED UMBILICAL HERNIA.IF SUPPOSE THESE PROTRUSIONS CAN BE PUT INSIDE BY GIVING PRESSURE IT IS KNOWN AS REDUCIBLE HERNIA AND IF NOT IT IS KNOWN AS IRREDUCIBLE HERNIA

HIS GRANDMOTHER MADE HIM LIE DOWN IN SUCH A WAY SO HIS PELVIS WAS AT HIGHER POSITION AND BY FORCE SHE PUSHED HIS HANGING OUT LIGAMENTS INSIDE AND APPLIED SOME CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE AND HE WAS CURED OF HERNIA
THIS DIS EASE CAN ALSO HAPPEN CONSUMING SOME EVIL THINGS GIVEN BY SOMEONE WHICH CREATES TOO MUCH OF WIND IN YOUR SYSTEM AND CLOGGS YOUR INTESTINES.IT HAPPENED WITH ME I TRIED MY BEST TO KEEP IT IN OR PULL IT BY YOGIC PRACTISES I COULD CONTROL A LOT BUT I WAS CONSUMING THE SAME FOOD WITH GIVEN BY MY PEOPLE SO IT WAS RESISTING THE CURE.THE OTHER WAY GIVEN BY SADANAND BABAS VAIDYA IS ALSO VERRY GOOD AND THAT’S YOU REMAIN INSIDE A DRUM FULL OF WATER TILL CHEST FOR FEW MINUTES AND AND REMAIN OUTSIDE WATER OR DRUM LYING DOWN ON SIDEWARDS CHANGING BOTH THE SIDE DO IT 4 TO 5 TIMES DAILY AND CONSUME AYURVEDIC MEDICINE.
IT IS BETTER TO SWITCH TO VEGETARIAN DIET BECAUSE IT FACILITATES EASY DIGESTION AND DOESN’T OVERTAX THE LIVER
ONE CAN FAST ON NEW AND FULL MOON DAYS THAT IS TWICE A MONTH BECAUSE WATER LEVEL IS CHANGING IN THE BODY AS A RESULT OF COSMIC EFFECTS
