lie down on your back, arms sideways palms
facing upward.
start contracting the muscles of your
feet’s, the instep, soles, fingers, and release them simultaneously.
put your mind on upper leg
contract-relax, in the same process go on till you reach at head that is scalp
area.
after relaxing all parts of the body,
including facial muscles, put your mind on breath feel the inward & outward
flow of the breath, go on counting the inhalation & exhalation as one, do
it up to 60-100 breaths.
This
is very much beneficial for relaxing the whole psycho physiological system. It
is good for persons suffering from heart diseases.
