REVERSING DIABETES

BIOLOGICALLY THE INTERNAL SECRATION OF THE PANCREAS THAT IS INSULIN HELPS DIGESTION OF FOOD IT PREPARES DEXTROSE FROM GLYCOGEN WHICH IS MANUFACTURED BY THE LIVER FROM STARCHES, FATS, ALBUMEN AND CARBOHYDRATES.
THIS IS THE SUGAR FOR ENERGY STORED UP INTO THE CELLS OF THE PANCREAS ACCORDING TO THE PHYSICAL NEEDS WHICH MAINTAINS THE BODY TEMPERATURE, AND KEEPS UP THE NERVES AND TISSUES ACTIVE.
A WEAK LIVER CANNOT STORE UP GLYCOGEN AS REQUIRED BY THE BODY, NOR CAN THE WEAK PANCREAS CREATE DEXTROSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF OUR ACTIVITY.
THE SUGAR THEN RETURNS TO THE STREAM OF BLOOD, OVERLOADS  IT AND DESTROYS ITS ALKALINITY RESULTING IN POOR BODY RESISTENCE , KIDNEY OVERSTRAINS IN FILTERING THE SUGAR FROM BLOOD STREAM WHICH DEMANDS PROFUSE WATER FOR DISSOLUTION OF THE EXCESS SUGAR RESULTING IN STATE OF THIRST AND FREQUENT URINATION.
SUGAR IN THE URINE MAY ALSO BE FOUND WHEN KIDNEY RECEIVES SOME INJURY OR EXCESSIVE INTAKE OF CARBOHYDRATES AND FATS.IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE DIAGNOSIS THE INSULIN COLLECTED FROM THE PANCREAS OF THE ANIMALS IS GIVEN OR INJECTED AS A PREVENTIVE FACTOR.

11 SHAVASANA
lie down on your back, arms sideways palms facing upward.
start contracting the muscles of your feet’s, the instep, soles, fingers, and release them simultaneously.
put your mind on upper leg contract-relax, in the same process go on till you reach at head that is scalp area.
after relaxing all parts of the body, including facial muscles, put your mind on breath feel the inward & outward flow of the breath, go on counting the inhalation & exhalation as one, do it up to 60-100 breaths.
This is very much beneficial for relaxing the whole psycho physiological system. It is good for persons suffering from heart diseases.
